Breckenridge Landscape offers complete landscape design services including 3D modeling, planting designs, elevations, perspectives, color rendering, fly through videos and even designs for the do it yourselfer.

Our design team adheres to a specific design process in which we incorporate your needs into our landscaping ideas to create an overall landscape design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The Breckenridge Landscape Design Process includes:

1. Client interview and site evaluation to determine client needs and note specific site details which need to be addressed.
2. Preliminary design including hardscapes and planting bed layout, some details as needed to convey design intent and general plant material schedule. A preliminary budget will also be presented based on the conceptual design and will be used as the basis for any changes that need to be made to meet a specific budget.
3. Revisions of the preliminary design based on client specifications will be made and a final budget will be established.
4. Client will be presented with a scaled copy of the final landscape design which will include calling out of specific plant material types, hardscapes and planting bed layout, any elevations, perspectives, 3D models or other specifications as agreed to. Client will also be presented with a final estimate of the work to be done.

Breckenridge Landscape will retain all original designs or files and client may request a copy at any time. All of our design contracts detail what is and isn’t included there are never any surprise costs after the fact.
